Shipping policy
All orders will ship via UPS
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (based on weight of order)
Some orders may qualify for free shipping (please see "store" page for details)
Due to personalization's of most items expedited shipping is not available
As of August 15th, 2024, we only ship to the US.
Shipping Timeline
All T-shirts, Shirts, and sweatshirts has a production to shipping time of 2 weeks, from the time the order is placed and acknowledged.
All tumblers have a production and shipping time of 1.5 weeks from time orders are placed and acknowledge.
All other items in the online store production and shipping time is UP to 2 weeks depending on the details.
Any orders placed after 5 pm CST (central standard time) will be considered next business day,
Refunds & Returns
All personalized items are Non-refundable
All Digital items are Non-refundable
Exchanges can only be made on clothing items.
Exchanges are for local customers only
We will accept exchanges if they are in their original packaging and not damaged or worn.
Exchanges can only be made with in the same category (ex: exchanging a Halloween shirt for a Halloween shirt not a tumbler)
Passionate Creatives LLC will not be responsible for any lost, theft, or damaged products during or after delivery or once it leaves our shop.
Returns are handled on a case-to-case basis. Being that most of our products are personalized most items cannot be returned or refunded. If you believe your item is justifiable for a return and/or refund, please email info@passionatecreativesllc.com with:
First, last Name
order number.
Reasoning for return and or refund
supporting documents i.e. pictures, invoice etc.
Orders outside of website
1.) All orders (outside of the website) will require a non- refundable 50% deposit. I will send you an invoice if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of me sending the invoice consider your order null and void.
2.) When you choose to pick up your order please be on time! You will have a 10 min grace period. After that There will be a late fee of $5 for every 30 min you are late. This includes if you choose a meetup location as your method of fulfillment.
3.) All meetup and delivery fulfillments will have a delivery charge of $1.10 per mile (ex. 5 miles =$5.50 delivery fee)
4.) Al-l drafts sent for personalized orders must be approved and signed within 24 hours of delivery. If you approve sign send it back. If you want changes inform me of those changes and send it back.
5.) I understand sometimes the unexpected happens. In these circumstances I will hold your completed order for no longer than 3 days. After 3 days a storage fee of $3/day will apply.
6.) If you send me a pre-made design, I cannot promise it will look exactly like the original design If I am not the originals creator, but it will look similar.
7.) For all personalized design please have your pictures, logo, name, etc. to me within 24-48 hours to ensure timely delivery/shipping. Email info@passionatecreativesllc.com
8.) I don’t mind being contacted on all my social media platforms but after the first inquiry we will communicate via email or my business line.
9.) If your T-shirt order requires DTF, please allow up to 2-week turnaround time. Sublimation T-shirt 7-10 days turnaround time. Vinyl T-shirt 7-10 days turnaround time. orders of 5 or less.

Please remember I am not a warehouse. I am a one-man shop. Every Order is complete by me.
